“THE FOLLOWING IS JUST ONE THING TO DO, TO BE SUCCESSFUL ON EBAY….. AND STAY THAT WAY!”
eBay Pictures
One thing that falls under the “Description Tag“, would be Pictures….or Photos. Yes, a picture can say a thousand words, but you only need to give your “Potential Buyers” just a few of the “Right” ones.
With most Brand New Products that are still in the box, you may get away with showing a few “Stock Photos” with a white background. Why??? Because it’s just a Basic, Clean Look.
A description might be, Brand New PS4, unopened, still in the box, Model #blah, blah, blah. Do you really need to see the actual item? Well, a simple Google Image Search for that PS4 Model #blah, blah, blah, will surely show you a “Stock Photo” of that item and a single picture may just do the trick.
Now, a used PS4, small crack on the bottom, scratches on the top, only one Game Controller, comes with 12 games. No stock photo will do here. This is where you need to take a lot of pictures. Take plenty of Detailed Pictures and write Descriptions of every possible flaw that you know about and then put them down in the actual “Listing Description“.
Take Lots of Good Clear Pictures
It’s not only the flaws you have to think about, you also have to be sure to take pictures of everything the buyer will receive, and again, detail that stuff in the actual description.
Oh yeah, before I forget. Don’t ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, post BLURRY PICTURES. If I see a blurry picture, I’m gone. I don’t care what the deal is, and that’s for real! If you can’t take the time and show me that you care, then I have no time for you and you won’t be getting any of my “HARD EARNED MONEY“. You are not taking “HIGH QUALITY CLEAR PICTURES” for yourself… you are taking them FOR ME!!!! So remember that!
An Easy Photo Editor – PicMonkey
To get even more photos within you Listings, (eBay only gives you 12), you can use a Photo Editor like PICMONKEY to create PHOTO COLLAGES. You can have multiple images within 1 picture.
I’m not going to spend all day on this, but PicMonkey is just awesome. They have tons of other photo editing /design choices besides collages and I’ve been using them for many years without any flaws.
You can see Collage samples below and….why don’t you just click on the stinking link here, and see for yourself!
In Conclusion
Believe it or not, it is possible, with, PICMONKEY, to have every image above, set in a collage and come out as only “One” picture.
Play around with it and have fun!
So there you have it. Keep it simple, take your time and learn as you go.
